I'm Parisa.

I’m Parisa Pirooz, an organizational consultant, TEDx speaker, and founder of Creshendo. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and people. I help organizations understand what’s getting in the way, build stronger ways of working, and turn complex ideas into something that can actually operate.

My path here hasn’t been linear. I’ve worked across law, policy, humanitarian response, consulting, and organizational leadership, from supporting refugee communities in Jordan and immigrant survivors through Harvard Law School’s Legal Aid Clinic to helping build operations during the Afghan evacuation and systems for a national program spanning 62 organizations.

Different settings, same pattern: I step into complexity, understand the moving pieces, bring the right people together, and build the structure needed to move something forward. That pattern eventually led me to found Creshendo, which I grew from an idea into a global organization of 75+ volunteers, advisors, and leaders.

I’m also the daughter of immigrants, and migration has shaped how I think about systems, power, and who gets heard. My TEDx talk, Refugees Are Not the Problem, explores a belief that runs through everything I do: the people closest to the consequences should be closer to the decisions.
